I have a laptop and a desktop. Both computers have recently lost some very important files. I am not quite sure how this happened. When I look in msconfig, it says that they are stopped. However, when I look in the administration folder, it says that they are stopped. When I try to re-start them it says "Error 126 module is missing. One of the files is "Microsoft Application Manager". All of these files seem to be related to Microsoft. Please if anyone has any ideas how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.
