Your log looks fine

Just a couple of things


Something looks abit corrupt there as its showing the run value path on your C:\ drive and the Service path on your D:\ drive, its unlikely its actually installed onto both drives but you could check first and if its not uninstall and then reinstall the program to make sure its working correctly


dumprep.exe is Microsoft's fault logging software. Once errors happen on the system this program will write the details to a text file and request the information be sent to Microsoft, the entry should remove itself but if not then it can be fixed with HijackThis if it remains in the log after a reboot.

To make sure there is no malware issues please run a scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

• Please go HERE and click Kaspersky Online Scanner
• Read and Accept the Agreement
• You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
• If you see a Windows dialog asking if you want to install this software, click the Install button.
• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files,
• When the "Update progress" line changes to "Ready" and the "NEXT ->" button becomes available, please click on it.
• Click on the Scan Settings button, and in the next window select the Extended database, and click Ok.
• Under "Please select a target to scan:", click My Computer to start the scan.
• When the scan is finished, click the "Save as Text" button, and save the file as kavscan.txt to your Desktop, close the Kaspersky On-line Scanner window and post back the scan log

Hi Tunerz

Kaspersky only found the Eicar test file which is used to test AV protection, you can read more about that here

You could clear Trend Micro's Quarantine to remove it but it cannot cause you any problems even if its left on the system, You could also fix these entries with HijackThis

But don't worry if they return at some stage as they only point to blank.htm files anyway but fixing them will return the path to Microsoft's default value which is missing at the moment on your system to make them show in the log
