When I scan for issues, CCleaner will find them.. but when I try to remove them, they are still there. Is there something not allowing registry changes? I am using Windows Vista if that helps. Thanks!

Try right-clicking the CCleaner icon on your desktop and choose run as administrator and see if that helps.

Is there a way I can make it so I don't have to right click and run as Administrator?

Dont forget to update windows, update java and flash, and install some AV.
Avast and AVG both work on vista from what I know.

Is there a way I can make it so I don't have to keep clicking "Run As Administrator" every time I open a program?
