I don't necessarily agree with all of these but most of them are true. (I use paint all the time even with better tools for free. )

They include XP's search function but the only reason they give is the animated character, which can be turned off, is annoying dry.gif

Its still pretty terrible considering whats in vista, OSX, or even linux.
Luckily there are ways to get something better. tongue.gif

I seriously think a screenshot of any run-of-the-mill PC's Power On button should have been the first worst feature albeit it isn't totally related to Windows, because just booting Windows will begin all the other worst crap.
