I have System Mechanic 7 Professional by iolo Technologies on my PC and recently I got a pop up warning from iolo AntiVirus saying it has found a virus threat on my computer; the file is: ccsetup141.exe and it's listed as: W32Backdoor.BLOU

While I know CCleaner is safe and secure, is there anything I should be concerned about?

Most likely a false positive.
