Does anybody know of a C compiler with IDE or without it for Windows Vista? I was using Dev-C++ and it works with C++ but when I compile C program, it doesn't. Thanx in advance.

You can always use Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition, which is much better than Dev-C++ in my opinion.
