Do I need to change any settings in IE7 (Internet Options) before installing Fire Fox?
Are there any issues regarding (Automatic Updates & Windows Firewall)?
Can I still keep using Outlook Express?

Firefox shouldn't impact or be impacted by any of those.
Why would you use Firefox when Opera is available?

Because then I get accused of being the evil sensor of free speech.(oh no!)
It can be more fun to leave the posts sometimes though too. You see this way he gets to reply with "opera this and that blah blah blah" and then I get to reply with something witty that gives me(and hopefully others as well) a chuckle or two.
Predictable but still fun.
