i think the feature should be added to "My Controls" for anyone .. except for "Members" and "Newbies"

I think it might be beyond 500 posts.... I could be wrong though.

Yeah but it does take a certain number of posts "I think, if I'm remembering correctly."

The strangest thing is I find it difficult to find it in the My Controls, and always have to dig through everything until I stumble upon it.
