Per FAQ's I am to rt click the Reg file and chose "Merge" - I don't see "Merge"
What now?

If you renamed the back up as something with a name to help you remember it before you use it, it will be saved as an ordinary file type.
If that is so in your case, just rename again and add the .reg ending which is the default for registration entries.
