cc detected a dr watson file ... how do i get rid of it??? helphow do i get rid of this?

If its the Dr Watson\user.dmp file it's nothing to worry about, it always turns up when I analyse, even after running CCleaner.

Having said that I don't actually know WHY it continues to show in analyse after running CCleaner though, anyone else know why this file doesn't seem deleteable by CCleaner? (it can be deleted manually and doesn't seem to automatically recreate itself and it's not 'Read only' or anything like that)

Dr. Watson is windows debugging program from microsoft.

It's the thing that comes up when a program crashes you know send error report or end now etc.
i don't know why CCleaner wont deleat it though
