I reccomended the C Cleaner to a friend. After running it she is not able to get into her Yahoo site builder 2.3
The icon and the program appear to be installed but nothing happens when you click on them.

If you can, right click on the icon for the program and see where the program is installed. You may be able to use the "find target" to make sure it's pointing to an actual program. If it was installed right from the Internet Explorer download and it was a temp file then it stands to reason that CCleaner could have deleted some of, if not all of the program. I would suggest downloading the program again and choose the "save" option when it asks to "save" or "run". Then reinstall and double check where it installs to.

I downloaded and installed the yahoo site builder and then ran the latest version of CCleaner and it worked fine.
