That be "RocketDock".

Has a pretty huge choice of Docks and Icons if you search around. Places like "CrystalXP", which I've linked to for the RocketDock download.

DeviantArt is also good for icons & stuff.

I knew you were absolutely right with the system requirements stated by the developers.

Just out of curiosity, I had a quick google for the various other Docks and Launchers available, to see if any were compatible with Vista 64 bit, and I chanced upon the above info.

RocketDock and ObjectDock add-ons are usually cross compatible, so getting either Dock to work with your Vista would be pretty much OK as far as add-on availability goes.

I'd be interested to hear how it goes.
