Hi guys blink.gif
sorry i am a newbie and a bit of a non techie so bear with me please!
I have downloaded a free trial of microsoft office professional 2007 to replace the office home and student trial 2007 that had expired. But now I cant get this one to set up with out errors occuring. and i went into remove programmes and the old version is still listed tried to remove it and it wont let me. The set up window pops up and just keeps saying that (the language installation package is not supported by your system????????)and also when i was trying to install the new trial it said (the windows installer service could not be accessed can occur if windows is running in safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly installed)????

Has anyone any ideas to what i have done wrong huh.gif or what i should be doing to fix the problem thank you Mariabenjiblob rolleyes.gif x
