QUOTE (Corie @ May 30 2008, 01:21 PM)

I am able to scan my C drive and find many missing photos that are marked recoverable and even have a preview, but when I try to restore them I get this message: The system cannot find the path specified.
Is there any way to correct this?
I do have the latest version; I just installed it a week or so ago after a somewhat devastating virus attack. All of my files went missing (not sure if this was the virus or my husbands attempt to fix it). He wants to just go ahead and reformat the whole hard drive (although several virus scans now deem our computer clean, we are just wanting to be extra cautious), but I would like to recover as many missing items as possible. It's very frustrating to see those missing pictures and not be able to save them. I have been able to save many others, though.
Thanks for your help!
Hi Corie,
I am glad to know that you have been able to save many photos.
I just wanted to reassure you that there are many Recuva "experts" that should be helping you soon.

You put a lot of time and effort into those pictures and your other data. They deserve another layer of protection.
