Just to get it started I'll share the one I recently learned

Making new icons without any extra software - with what youve got in windowsXP

That Metacafe video doesn't want to load for me. Matter of fact, same goes for all video clips on that site. I checked NoScript, got the latest of everything. Maybe the host is blocked? Oooo, bad bad naughty host.

Video works great with IE7

Works with opera too

I'm glad you could access it finally! Keep posting stuff in people! its well worth it and could be at all levels of proficiency and categories... needn't be videos necessarily, could be writeups, links what have you ........ lets share it
