I wish to know if any of you had good experience with Ultimate defrag program .
For those who use it, is it safe to let it work on: auto mode\optimum ?

Most defrag programs rely upon the Microsoft Defrag API, so if it uses it "it should be safe." Just remember to run the disk error checking program before defragging.
