Is there a way to reverse the last cleanup in CCleaner?
Only with recovery software like Recuva. Unlike rival cleaning programs CCleaner doesn't send the files to the Recycle Bin.
If you only used the normal fast cleaning method and did not enable secure deletion you'll have a much better chance of getting your files back.
