Okay, My Friend was using CCleaner with Vista, and he closed Firefox before running CCleaner, after running the registry scan, he started firefox back up, it was a ton slower than normal, it took 5 minutes to load the home page, after loading the home page, he could barly load other pages.

Firefox version: v3.0.1

CCleaner version: v2.10.618

OS: Vista Home Premium x32

Any Ideas?

He did make a backup too.

finally, IE and Firefox do not work, he cant get on any internet browser

Restore the backup registry (Right click open/merge) The registry shouldn't be cleaned of everything that comes up just the ones you know aren't neeed any more.
