When I first downloaded CCleaner, I donated $20. as suggested. When I run CCleaner, it keeps saying there is an update ready (I have ver 2.09.600). When I tried to update to 2.10 it brought me to the donation screen. Now again when I ran the program, it said there was an upgrade 2.11. When I clicked the link, it brought me to the donation place again. Am I supposed to be donating $20, each time there is an upgrade? I wasn't able to find any info on this here. Thanks in advance for help.

Also, a donate is just that a donate it is not paying for the application, the application is free. That said that is awesome that you donated, very few people do that for freeware.
