I checked and ADMINISTRATOR/ROBSCOMPUTER has access to all files, and its part of the Administrator group which also has access to all files and the Users group, again has access to all files.

However I am sure you will have done all the googling bit.
Perhaps you may end up having to post on their forums as it may be tricky to help solve unless you are a ghost user (which I am not)
Norton couldn't just be sucky on its own. It's got to have ghosts screwing up peoples' PCs and lives too.
