First of I just want to say this is a great program, I was using Diskeeper Pro but find myself using Defraggler more and more. So my thanks to the developers.

So as the topic says Analysis Failed / Building File List Failed. When I first started using defraggler I had no problem defraging my C or D drive.. but now I get this msg when trying to defrag C, and no problems defraging D.

If any further information is needed or if this problems is in a prievious post just let me know...

Perhaps you could run defraggler in debug mode and then the developers could take a look at it.
