Strange new problem. Still open fine in message boards. You put the cursor on a link and it's like the mouse is not functioning. The links look normal "blue" also!

try:
Start, Run...
regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Failing that,
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > Reset Web Settings

Failing that,
download Dial-a-fix and click the 'Fix IE' button.

And as a last resort, carefully read this:

It is about another subject, but you can use it to verify that the settings for the URL file type is correct. If using Windows XP, read the Windows 2000 section.

Thanks buddy! Number two fix worked. Thinking upgrade to FF 1.06 had something to do with it. It worked after the fix, then I went right back and established FF as default (I guess it doesn't really matter since I keep them both in my task bar) browser, went back to OE and the links still opened. Thanks again, it was a little annoying copying urls.
