Windows XP SP3: Tool FRESHDIAGNOSE has exposed two entities that are risidual and undesireable

1) Executed Files, and 2) Internet Cache.

Executed Files; has a HUGE number of files listed dating back to 2004, and even more where the date is all Question Marks.

These files include image files complete with drive letter and path.

Internet Cache; Dates are going back to 2001 and several pages of Question Mark dates, but they are image files I have taken in recent days.

I find this very interesting because I regularly manually delete every hidden and visible Content.IE5 folder I can find, and there are several.

Anyone have information about this?

What path did it give you for Executed files and Internet cache?

I find no way to determine the path. The author obfiously knows it, but it's not pub;ic knowledge. Likewise I have found many Windows folders recently that are forever invisible unless you know the exact name. Wild cards are no help.

My old, registered version shows the subject files, as does the newest version of Freshdiag. See attached screen capture.

Before someone asks, "How do you know about the super secret Windows folders?" and "what do you know?", here is the answer.

I frequently clean up peoples computers; people who have become infected with virus/trojans, etc.

The Virus scanner finds them when the demons are found within them (often a child folder). Details of the file reveal the path.

CMD prompt and DIR or ATTRIB still can't find them... even when I know the name. However, I can CD to the folder and delete files. Then I can backup and delete the folder, if needed. Never did I get to see the folder.

That looks like a FreshDiagnose log to me.

I am not fond of anything from FreshDevices as they tend to be too spammy for me.
