Full Version: IE won't remember password now
Using CCleaner v2.16.830, I did a file (not registry) clean yesterday and afterwards, IE will no longer retain the password to my Comcast email account! I keep getting the "Enter Network Password" dialogue box. Anyone else observed this? Any fix?
After logging in to that site first, and then closing down the browser, and running only "analyze" in CCleaner, have you checked in "Options\Cookies" to see if there's a recognizable cookie for that site in the "cookies to delete" window?
If yes, move it across to the "cookies to keep" window.
If that doesn't do the trick post back.
