I rather just do the online scan

I agree with TeeJay. Online scan result warned me about old version Adobe Flash Player while I have the latest one. I prefer PSI

You could quite possibly have remnants of the older version on your computer... Did you check the path of the files it showed as old?

I did. It didn't appear in PSI scan result.
