i inadvertently donated £15 twice by error i requested a £15 refund from piriform ltd ( 4 emails sent) but i did not recieve one reply, i would have thought piriform out of courtesy would have contacted me, i am a 75 year old pensioner and £ 15 i cannot afford to loose.
anyone had a similar experiance with piriform ltt
