I have had problems with Direct X and had delted in in the Reg my self and of course have had more problems. I found a site that gave me values to allow a new Direct X to be installed but this too has issues. I want to clean Direct X entirely from my Reg using CCleaner but am unable to. How does one pick which files they wanted removed in the Reg using CCleaner?

Your better off reinstalling directx instead of mucking around in the registry trying to delete all its remnants(which will probably just make things worse)
Reinstalling it should put everything back to default and thus make it work.

There is no direct Uninstaller for DirectX 9 but you can download one DirectX 9 Uninstaller if you want too or just Google for another one. Normally a re-install should sort thing out.

P.S. I can't see your txt file as it doesn't show just the same as pictures don't how on here. wink.gif
