Are you running the temp file cleaner, or the registry "Issues" ?
The first could be removing a cookie containing the information being removed. The second could be removing a registry entry.
Next time you re-set your Napster account, Analyze with CCleaner, and check the "Cookies To Delete" window in "Options\Cookies".
If there's a Napster cookie or cookies listed, move to the "Cookies To Keep" window.
If you use the registry "Issues", after scanning have a look for any entry relating to Napster. This could then be added to "Options\Exclude\Add Registry".
Thank you. I don't believe the Napster software is using IE but some WMA protected license which I assume is through Windows Media Player. I'm assuming there must be a license file in there?
