If I add the Google cookie (google.com) to the Cookies to Keep, does that mean that every cookie for Google, and sites found in Google, will be saved? Or does it just mean that the one cookie for "google.com" will be saved?
Don't know if I am explaining this correctly or not.
In time will there be a large build-up (large storage space) of ALL google cookies that must/should be cleaned out (by removing the google.com from the Cookies to Keep (and then putting it back again after one clean)?
I notice to keep the Google Search Preferences in Google, I have to add the google.com to the Cookies to Keep in CCleaner.
Please advise and many thanks.

You will need a few (a handful) Google cookies depending on how many Google features or services you use. Examples:
www.google.com/accounts
mail.google.com/mail
google.com/verify
google.com
The Google cookies wont build up or accumulate on your PC. You can check this after running CCleaner by copy/pasting this into Run:
shell:cookies
In the folder that opens you'll only find the cookies that you told CCleaner to keep. Plus a few that Microsoft forces us to have.

It will just keep that specific cookie. The others will be cleaned, unless you select any of them to be saved as they show up.
Hope that answers your question.
