They have been doing thet for ages tho.
Browse web ... advert pops up flashing "you may be infected" or "9/10 pc have slow performance buy me to boost that"
Its just the same as the "you have won" ads, been around for ages not sure why they are re-classifying them.

The reason roguewares still exist and are so $ucce$ful is because the internet is worldwide, not regional. Do you know how many dumb people there are on this rock? Quite a lot. When you're throwing your clandestine evil wares into a global market of nearly 6 billion people you're still going to get quite a few hits. I'm sure their biggest slice of the pie comes from non-Western countries where English is a tertiary language, thus making anyones' knowledge of English somewhat a status symbol. And if they see a big shiny Vista-ish ad written in English proclaiming that AntiVirus 2010 is the smartest protective wave of the future, well there ya go.
