Why do i have 2 ways to launch CCleaner from the trashbin icon ?
I have in my french Desktop :
Under "Corbeille" Icon (see attached image) :
Executer CCleaner
Lancer CCleaner

What is the difference between these 2 menu options ?

One option runs CCleaner, and the other simply opens CCleaners GUI for access.

"Ouvrir CCleaner..." open the GUI,
But the 2 others menu options. ("Lancer CCleaner" and" "Executer" CCleaner")

Did you really seen the initial screenshot i've sent ?

There fore this bad behavior has gone with the last release 2.25.1025 (that was a mistake as well)

Yes I did see your screenshot, and as with all other CCleaner problems I encounter, I tried to reproduce what you show in that screenshot.

Whatever I select as an option, I can only get two CCleaner choices in the context menu, the two I explained above,

Yes but his screen shows 3 * CCleaner entries.

In all English installs I've ever done, there are only 2 options
Open and Run,

He has "Executer CCleaner", "Lancer CCleaner" and "Ouvrir CCLeaner" which is 3.

No idea why tho'.

Yes, I did notice that, but like you I can't reproduce it, so replied with what I could reproduce.
