Please help. whenI run ccleaner it stops at 7%, it will not go to full 100 % . I do not have free space checked, all my anti viruse is up to date.

I have vista home premium, 32 bit. this just started about 3 weeks ago. I have tried every thing I know how to do. why did this change . if I turn off the admin, then uninstall and reinstall ccleaner will work one time, then it locks again.

PLEASE HELP. Thank You

Hi Bill.

Can you see in the scan window which item/items are causing the lock up, and which browser do you use?

You could also try the previous version of CCleaner if you haven't already tried that.
