I always clear my IE, no big deal but I never check the off line stuff because I didn't know if that contained cookies, or general files like pictures, music ect.... just didn't know.... what does it actually delete?
Sorry if it's a dumb question.. but you gotta start somewhere.

Not a dumb question........Delete all Cookies/files/history and all off line content. The off line content (simple explanation) if you had saved a page to desktop for viewing later when off line. However CCleaner is the program to use.

Thanks.... would a Disk Clean up run in my computer be just about the same as CCleaner?

basically but CCleaner does it a lot quicker
