On each time I run cccleaner(v125.201), it finds in system "Documents an settings \application data/macromedia\flash player\*shared object_YQVT6UKE\localhost\core.so 53bytes". And I can't suppress it.
What can I do? Thank you very much.

If you don't want CCleaner to clean the Macromedia Flash cache you can disable that option in:
Cleaner->Applications->Multimedia->Macromedia Flash Player
