every thing works with the program except for the runn cleaner in windows.it just sets their and then I get program is not responding.

every thing works with the program except for the runn cleaner in windows.it just sets their and then I get program is not responding.
How do I correct?
Give it some time to run, I've seen it take over 5 minutes to clean everything.
