on ver 1.24 and the latest when I got to set up a folder on my pc for ccleaner to cleaner to clean out -- it doesn't?

After you set up Options > Custom > Custom Files and Folders to Clean, did you enable Cleaner > Windows > Advanced > Custom Files and Folders ?

That was my mistake.
Looks like I had to do an enable before this action took place.
