Full Version: Stop Error from file called dvdkernl.sys NEED HELP

My computer has a stop error on normal startup from a device driver called dvdkernl.sys. I think this is a spyware problem. Here is my latest hijack this log. Any help to get this computer to run normal again would be greatly appreciated.

I still cannot boot up in normal mode. I can only boot in safe mode. I really need help.

I can see that you have some antispyware apps. Please look through this guide to make sure you used them correctly(just look through it)

You dont have an antivirus. Please fill out this offer and install etrust. Let it update and scan.

Also open hijack this and choose to do a scan only. Check mark the below entry and press fixed checked.
