Interesting article. And technology and electronics are expanding, data can or will be able to be stored anywhere.

Watches, etc.

Small-form-factor wireless RAM disks would be cool.

Yeah, I've heard about people modding their X-Box and putting an OS on it. Never heard of someone doing it with an iPod, but they certainly have enough storage. Heck, the smallest video iPod you can get (30 GB) is as big as my notebook's HD! I just bought a PNY Flash ROM stick with 2 GB on it; that's enough space for a full install of WinXP with room to spare!

Yeah, people can mod their Xbox there are like "Executer"-chip or something. It make you can copy games from the DVD's to the harddisk, etc.

For the iPod there is a Linux distribution called iPodLinux which you can install. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPodLinux

But it would be cool to have a USB flash drive that looks exactly like a normal pen. Or have a hidden USB flash drive in your belt.

This is nothing new, trust me guys, you can take anything and make it into something, even if you have to take C4 to do it.
