Cellulace breaks down cellulose to glucose. Cellulose is a structural polysaccharide that is the main material of cell walls. Cellulose and startch are both polymers of glucose,
but the glucose monomers are arranged differently. Therefore, the function of Cellulace is to breakdown cellulose, not starch.
