Full Version: Run time error "0"

For a while, that's the message I have been getting when trying to run CCleaner. I tried uninstalling and installing again, with no change so, effectively, the programme is not working at all. Any idea why? Please keep it simple, I am far from being an expert!

You may need to install or re-install the Microsoft Visual Basic RunTime Files v6.0 SP6.
