a newby my ccleaner does not complete cleaning ,it just dissapears.Can any one help

I have 2 ideas:
1. Open CCleaner > Options > Advanced > uncheck the box "close program after cleaning"
2. Download VB > reboot

Let us know if you continue to have any problems.

If CCleaner still won't work after doing: 2. Download VB > reboot
You may need to uninstall CCleaner, then Reboot, and then reinstall CCleaner.
