hi all,

the installation program stops at the ccsystem.dll file
i use win xp,
and even i can not stop the process with a ctrl-alt-del , not a restart

can anyone help ?

Stops how? Do you receive an error message? Are you able to delete C:\Program Files\CCleaner\ and then reinstall it?

it simply stops and can't do anything else !

Do you mean everything stops, even your mouse?

Have you tried to uninstall as DjLizard said?

Have you tried to uninstall ( take out ) the ccleaner program in add and remove programs, and reinstall it again?
