Because my partition C: is very small I moved the "Temporary Internet Files" folder to D:\temp.
However CCleaner does NOT detect the new location and hence does NOT delete the contents
including the index.dat.

Please include deletion in future versions.

CCleaner won't remove some stuff if it isn't located in the default locations where they're expected and supposed to be. This isn't a fault or a bug of CCleaner.
