I received the e-mail that a new version of CCleaner was available and after clicking on the link and downloading the update, I am unable to install the new version. The error message is as follows:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.
You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.
It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED).
When clicking on the Download tab on the http://www.ccleaner.com/download129.asp page, I have tried the downloads from both FileHippo and Alternate Download. The info says the file is 1.42mb but the downloaded file form either location is only 1.38mb. Any ideas?
