Hi,

If I "Scan for Issues" and I check "Unused File Extensions", used and valid extensions will be listed in the issues and it will be removed after Fix. I use CCleanre 1.29.295.

It's just deleting entries of that extension that are no longer in use, it doesn't affect the ability of your OS to handle those extensions.
