The logs look fine, the person who is staying with you needs to change all their passwords if they believe something was installed on their pc to monitor them but there is no indication that your PC has any problems.

The logs have mainly detected cookies which are not a threat as they are only text files so you can use Ccleaner to remove them each day before shutting down the PC.

Pandascan found a couple of components of MyWeb which again isnt a threat but is a optional fix if you do not value the service they provide as its often pre-installed on machines without the users consent and comes bundled with other software.

If you wanted to remove the MyWeb traces goto Start Menu > Run > type

cmd

Press OK then type (or copy and paste) this onto the cmd screen:

Press Enter

Then delete this folder :
