I'm in need of help. When I clicked on the ccleaner icon on my desktop it told me updates were avail from file hippo. I downloaded them. Now when I click on the ccleaner icon.. it takes me throught the set up and never runs the cleaner? I'm not a great computer person, so I need plain english here.

What you downloaded from FileHippo.com was a program that installs CCleaner. To actually run it, go to your
Start Menu -> Programs -> CCleaner. Then click on the CCleaner icon. As for the file you downloaded on FileHippo, you can put than in a folder where you usually store stuff, or you can just delete it.
