I'm using Windows XP SP2, and just downloaded the newest update. Every time I hit the Tools button, the program crashes and closes. Everything else seems to be working fine, but I'd like to have the functionality of Tools.
Any suggestions welcome!

Try deleteing and redownloading/reinstalling.

Often this occurs because you need to update your Visual Basic runtimes. You can read more about it here. Download and install VB6, then post back and let us know if you are still having any problems.

After you install VB6 make sure you restart Windows, even if the installer doesn't tell you to do so!

I did everything suggesting, the problem still exists. Whenever I click on Tools, the program crashes.
