. Skype is kinda the same in the sense that it also gives free calling from PC to PC calling.
but what makes Skype even better is its ability to provide cheap rates for landline calls.

Plus, US and Canada can call landlines for free until the end of 2006.
haha i forgot about that. but then again, i don't use Skype for USA/Canada landline calls
