Your log looks clean. You could run an online scan if you wanted to be doubly sure. smile.gif
Run Kaspersky WebScanner
  • Please go HERE and click Kaspersky Online Scanner
  • Read and Accept the Agreement
  • You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • If you see a Windows dialog asking if you want to install this software, click the Install button.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files,
  • When the "Update progress" line changes to "Ready" and the "NEXT ->" button becomes available, please click on it.
  • Click on the Scan Settings button, and in the next window select the Extended database, and click Ok.
  • Under "Please select a target to scan:", click My Computer to start the scan.
  • When the scan is finished, click the "Save as Text" button, and save the file as kavscan.txt to your Desktop, close the Kaspersky On-line Scanner window.
  • Paste kaspersky log onto forum.

If you decide to and it finds anything post the scan log for me to see.

All of those things you added are find and should stay. You could get rid of spyware guard if you want though. It hasn't been updated in a long time and since your running defender its kind of redundant.

For the lines you added in this is the only one you should delete(if you don't use its function)
HKCU:Run - Ctfmon.exe C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe

To be honest the biggest tax on your system resouces is norton. All of these are from norton. Here is all the running processes it has:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccSetMgr.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccEvtMgr.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SNDSrvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SPBBC\SPBBCSvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\navapsvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\ALUSchedulerSvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\Security Console\NSCSRVCE.EXE

I would suggest that you try(download a free 30 day trial) of something else once your license expires and just see what you think.
Also if you haven't in a while you could try defragging your hard drive and see if that speed anything up a bit. smile.gif
